What is PEER?

PEER (Paperless Environment for Electronic Review) is a web application developed and maintained by the VUMC Office of Contract Management, which serves as the system-of-record for contract storage and lifecycle management, and provides an internal customer portal for the submission of grant- and contract-related requests.
