What is PEER?

PEER (Paperless Environment for Electronic Review) is a web application developed and maintained by the VUMC Office of Sponsored Programs, which serves as the system-of-record for contract storage and lifecycle management at VUMC, including the Office of Contracts Management and VUMC Supply Chain Contracting, and provides an internal customer portal for the submission of grant- and contract-related requests.
